The mission of Trailhead Pediatric Dentistry aligns with Dr. Tyler’s philosophy of providing patient-centered care customized to your child’s needs. He is passionate about helping patients develop healthy habits and confident smiles, and strives to provide the high level of care he would choose for his own children.

Dr. Tyler received a Bachelor of Arts from Lindsey Wilson College. He continued his education at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry and graduated with the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine. Dr. Tyler completed two additional years of residency training in pediatric dentistry at Medical University of South Carolina.

During his residency, Dr. Tyler received comprehensive clinical training with a focus on the care of the whole child. This specialty training provided him with extensive experience and instruction in caring for children with a wide variety of needs. Dr. Tyler practiced as a pediatric dentist in Chattanooga, TN as well as Hopkinsville and Bowling Green, KY.

Dr. Tyler is family-focused, and it is evident in his care as a provider. He and his wife, Lizzie, stay busy raising their three young sons, Brooks, Collin and Grant. Dr. Tyler and his family enjoy cooking meals together and entertaining friends and family. They love to travel and explore new places. Dr. Tyler has a goal of visiting all seven continents, but he might need help convincing Lizzie to add Antarctica to the bucket list. 

"What I love most about being a pediatric dentist is making dentistry fun for children!  I love seeing the look of pride on their faces after they do something they previously thought was scary or hard. I sometimes feel like their "cheerleader" encouraging them along the way! I feel like my job as a pediatric dentist is to make the dentist less scary, so children will grow up to become teens and adults who don't fear the dentist.” 

Trailhead Pediatric Dentistry’s mission–to empower and guide trailblazing kids to achieve the extraordinary–can be accomplished through Dr. Kelsey’s fun and positive approach to pediatric dentistry. Conquering fears and turning challenges into fun experiences help kids do just that! As a mother herself, she is dedicated to providing the highest quality care for children, while keeping the visit enjoyable for the patient and parents alike.

Dr. Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Ole Miss, initially aiming to become a pharmacist. After completing her first year of pharmacy school, she realized her true passion lay in dentistry, and she enrolled in dental school the following year. Dr. Kelsey graduated from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery. She completed two additional years of residency training in pediatric dentistry at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry.

Residency provided Dr. Kelsey with a valuable balance of hands-on clinical experience and educational training. She has extensive experience in sedation dentistry and dentistry under general anesthesia. Dr. Kelsey practiced as a pediatric dentist in Madison, TN and Hendersonville, TN.

Dr. Kelsey’s number one job is raising her two daughters, Ellis and Molly, alongside her husband, Matt. The Korb family loves spending their weekends outdoors—whether they’re exploring parks, visiting the zoo, or enjoying Cheekwood. They are also avid Ole Miss fans, cheering on the Rebels every Saturday in the fall. Dr. Kelsey and her family love to travel, and enjoy taking on big adventures with their young girls!

“What I love most about being a pediatric dentist is working with children and being part of their journey as they grow. Every child comes into the office with a different personality, a different level of confidence, and sometimes a very different idea of what the dentist is going to be like—and I love having the opportunity to meet them where they are.

I also love that pediatric dentistry allows me to combine the parts of dentistry I’m passionate about with something I value deeply—connecting with people, making children feel safe and comfortable, and building relationships with them over time. Being able to watch patients grow and know that I’ve been a small part of their lives is one of the most meaningful parts of this wonderful job.”

Dr. Spencer has a kind and gentle demeanor, and he genuinely enjoys getting to work with kids. He believes that building meaningful relationships with patients and their families is at the heart of providing exceptional pediatric dental care. Through a compassionate and individualized approach, Dr. Spencer strives to create a welcoming environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and empowered to develop healthy smiles.

Dr. Spencer earned his Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Lipscomb University. He continued his education at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. He then completed two additional years of specialized training in pediatric dentistry at The Ohio State University.

During his time in residency, Dr. Spencer provided dental care to children with a wide range of healthcare needs. He also received a Master of Science degree from The Ohio State University. Following residency, Dr. Spencer has practiced as a pediatric dentist in Hendersonville, TN.

Dr. Spencer loves spending time with his wife, Annie, and their two children, Finley and Elliott. The Warren family can often be found at playgrounds, playing make-believe around the house, and finding fun in everyday moments. For Dr. Spencer, his favorite moments are usually the simplest ones—just being with his family and enjoying whatever they happen to be doing together.
