Sponsorships


We are grateful for the opportunity to support local organizations and community events. Due to the number of requests we receive, we kindly ask that requests come from current Trailhead families whenever possible.


Please include:

  • Organization or event name
  • Type of sponsorship requested
  • Event date and deadline
  • A brief description of the organization or event


Please submit requests at least 5 weeks in advance.


More Than a Sponsorship


We may not always be able to provide monetary sponsorships, but we love finding other ways to give back, including:

  • Team meals
  • Trailhead swag and giveaways
  • Gift baskets for raffles or silent auctions
  • Other community-support opportunities
