In an effort to make excellent dental care affordable and accessible to all kids, we are offering our patients an in-house savings plan without the hassles of deductibles, fixed enrollment periods or yearly maximums. With this Dental Savings Plan, there are NO complicated forms to fill out, simply sign up with one of our friendly and helpful team members and start saving on your dental needs today!
Our in-house membership includes:
- 2 exams per year
- 2 dental cleanings
- Any digital x-rays needed
- 2 fluoride treatments
- 20% off all other services

This Dental Savings Plan IS NOT a dental insurance plan and CANNOT be used in conjunction with any dental insurance plan or with any other discounts.
This plan is only honored at Trailhead Pediatric Dentistry and cannot be used at any other office.
